Beginner Level Monday and Thursday - 6:30-7:30 am

This class suits people new to Pilates or those who have taken only a few classes in a gym.
The class lasts five weeks, and our instructors emphasize core Pilates principles. During this time, you will increase your body awareness and understanding of its limitations.
The key objective of these workout classes is to build core strength, address existing injuries, prevent strain, and improve your breathing and movement integration—a maximum of six people.
