Bookings Policy
All class bookings need to be made via the Acuity Scheduling Client app. You can download the app from the Apple’s App Store and the Google Play App Store to your devices.
You can manage your Group class and Private sessions booking in one place; log into your Active Pilates account via the Acuity Scheduling Client app and make any necessary changes.
When you try to book a class that’s full, you’ll be offered a place on the Waitlist. When/if someone cancels, the first person on the waitlist is automatically added to the class and receive the class reminder via a SMS text and email.
If you’re on the Waitlist, be ready to go. If there’s a chance you’ll be unable to attend the class, please take yourself off the list.
You can manage a waitlisted class from your online account, just like a regular booking.
Cancellation Policy
Active Pilates has an eight-hour cancellation window. This means that any Group class and Private session cancellation within eight hours of the class start time (“late cancel”) will incur a charge (the price of the class).
The same rule applies to any no-show. All class cancellations and changes can be made via the Acuity Scheduling Client app. Cancellations and changes need to be made eight hours before the class commences.
Our Cancellation Policy has been structured this way to be respectful of our Instructors’ time and to make sure all clients enjoy fair access to classes.
To avoid unwanted charges, please use the Acuity Scheduling Client app as required. Or call our studio on 0415 128 804 and we’ll make any required changes for you.
Class Packages
A Five-Week pass is valid for five weeks from the first date of the program. You’re welcome to make up any missed classes in our other Group classes (subject to availability).
10-Week pass and 20-Week passes are valid for three months from the date the pass was first used. After you purchase the pass, we’d encourage you to book a few classes in advance to avoid any disappointment.
You will receive a class reminder via a SMS text and email prior to each class.
Payment
All classes (Drop-in and passes) can be purchased via the Acuity Scheduling Client App. To make the purchase you can select one of two options — PayPal or credit card. The payment has to be made prior to the class.
Please read our Cancellation Policy above to avoid any misunderstanding.
Refunds
Drop-in passes and all our Packages are non-refundable for cash and non-transferrable to another person.

Referral Program
Refer us a friend and you will get one FREE class (value $25). The referred person has to purchase a Ten Classes pass (value $180) to be eligible for this offer (not transferrable or redeemable for cash).
Events
You must cancel your booking 7 days before the event’s date for a full refund. Please note that a 50% refund will be applied if cancellation is received three days before the event date. No refunds for cancellations received on the day.
In the case of bad weather, the event will be relocated to a suitable venue. We’ll let you know the address details before the event date.
