This event will take place in our retreat-like studio with a view of the picturesque Chapman River.

Yoga: improving your flexibility, mindfulness and focus
Breathwork: learning a breathing technique to help you manage stress and enhance your focus
Singing workshop: understanding how you can stimulate multiple areas of the brain with singing
